Health & Vaccines: Pets must present proof of up-to-date vaccines (Rabies and DHPP Vaccines) as well as be free of parasites and contagious diseases. Bordetella vaccines are not required. Dog who choose to get the Bordetella vaccine, a 2 week leave of absence is enforced the day of inoculation. Vaccines are not required for private Hotel, private Daycare, Pet Sitting and Dog Sitting Services. Puppies & kitties are able to attend a group environment once they have had their second set of boosters.
Every guest must wear a collar and an ID tag with a valid phone number. City Permit tag are needed for dog walks. Microchips are recommended for cats. We are not responsible for any fines which may result from an expired or missing City Permit tag. If your pet does not have a collar or ID tag, one will be provided at your expense.
Supplements are mandatory for cats & dogs attending daycare or group play. Help increase immunity to reduce the risk of common communicable illnesses such as bordetella, papilloma as well as preventing diarrhea during big changes. It is recommended to start 2 weeks prior daycare or boarding and recommended to be continued throughout their lives.
For the safety and health of the group, notify us of any signs of illness prior to bringing your pets to us. Should we see symptoms at the daycare (ex: coughing, papilloma, frequent diarrhea/vomiting, pink eye, etc), guests will be asked to be picked up or guests transferred to a private boarding at your expense. Any cancelations due to sickness will be charged in full

Health & Vaccines: Pets must present proof of up-to-date vaccines (Rabies and DHPP Vaccines) as well as be free of parasites and contagious diseases. Bordetella vaccines are not required. Dog who choose to get the Bordetella vaccine, a 2 week leave of absence is enforced the day of inoculation. Vaccines are not required for private Hotel, private Daycare, Pet Sitting and Dog Sitting Services. Puppies & kitties are able to attend a group environment once they have had their second set of boosters.
Every guest must wear a collar and an ID tag with a valid phone number. City Permit tag are needed for dog walks. Microchips are recommended for cats. We are not responsible for any fines which may result from an expired or missing City Permit tag. If your pet does not have a collar or ID tag, one will be provided at your expense.
Supplements are mandatory for cats & dogs attending daycare or group play. Help increase immunity to reduce the risk of common communicable illnesses such as bordetella, papilloma as well as preventing diarrhea during big changes. It is recommended to start 2 weeks prior daycare or boarding and recommended to be continued throughout their lives.

6.3 Proper security measures are applied when destroying personal information, such as shredding physical documents and securely deleting electronic data.
6.4 We regularly review and update our security policies and controls to address changing technology.
Policy 7 – Client Access to Personal Information:
7.1 Clients have the right to access their personal information, subject to limited exceptions.
7.2 Requests for access must be made in writing and provide sufficient detail to identify the personal information.
7.3 Upon request, we will provide information on how personal information is used and disclosed, if applicable.
7.4 We will respond to access requests within 30 business days or provide written notice of any necessary extensions.
7.5 A minimal fee may be charged for providing access, which will be communicated to the client.
7.6 If a request is refused, we will notify the client in writing, providing reasons and available recourse options.
Policy 8 – Questions and Complaints:
8.1 Our Privacy Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy and PIPA.
8.2 Clients with concerns, questions, or complaints can direct them in writing to the Privacy Officer. If necessary, clients may contact the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Quebec.
