Shipping policy

We offer in-store pickup, contact-less delivery services and shipping in most countries. Home delivery is free with any services scheduled the day of delivery. . ** Delivery fee vary within a km distance from our Saint Henri location. In-store pickup is always free and available in all our locations.

*Additional fees for large or heavy items, such as litters, and difficult to reach apartments ( 3+ floors up an apartment  may apply. In such cases, these additional fees shall appear in the order summary of your shopping cart or added once delivery has been completed

Home delivery times, Montreal, South Shore & Laval:

  • The delivery time is 5- 7business days for orders placed before 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. You can validate whether your address corresponds to a served area in the "Payment method" step or create account on our store. Please note – that this store is separated from accounts for our services. Leave a note that you want delivery to be included with your pets visits.

 Shipping across Canada

  • Fed-Ex-UPS-Canada Post - the delivery time is 7 to 9 business days.

Exceptions to home delivery times for all regions: online exclusive products may take 7 to 15 business days for delivery.


Shipping territory:

All regions of Canadian territories and the US are covered. Please allow over 10 days for delivery.

 Delivery Fees home delivery

Delivery fees cover preparation and packaging, plus stamping. They are determined according to the delivery method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase, the delivery address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of the order before taxes. Please consult our delivery fees displayed on the Les Anges Gardiennes site and when submitting your order. Les Anges Gardiennes reserve the right to change pricing at any time

In-store Pickup:

In-store pickup is always free. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for your items to be delivered to the location closest to you. An email will confirm your order and will advise its ready for pick up.
