FAQ

Bookings:

All requested services must be confirmed and paid in full prior to the start of services to be guaranteed.

Packages:

Packages are available subject to a successful evaluation and the completion of least 5 à la carte services. Packages expire after 3 months of purchase date, and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Boarding:

The last day of boarding will be charged as a Daycare day; you may pick up your pet until closing time on the last day of their vacation.

Holiday Rates:

An additional fee of 10$ applies to all services booked on Bank Holidays.

Peak Season:

Due to high demand, Peak Season services are subject to a fee of 10$/day (boarding) and 5$/day (pet-sitting). Payment in full is required to reserve your vacation; a 35% non-refundable deposit will be charged, and the remainder of the invoice shall be credited (no refunds). No refunds or credits after commencement of services.

Summer: June 15 - September 15
Winter: December 15 - January 15
Spring Break: dependent on year

Cancellations:

Cancellations within 24h are charged in full. Cancellations under 5 days are charged at 35%. Balances will be credited to your account unless a refund is requested.
